Smokin' Duck is a tall, imposing figure with broad shoulders. He has the head of a duck and the body of a man. He is often seen with a cigarette in his bill, sporting a trench coat and fedora.

He is the mastermind behind intelligent curse activity in the United States, often butting heads with the Purge Corps. Little does he know, his nicotine addiction is actually the source of his evil tendencies.

Smokin' Duck's cursed energy has a flame-like quality, inflicting a burning effect on those struck by it. This burning grows and spreads erratically like wildfire.

Smokin' Duck's technique, Smoker's Lung, allows him to breathe out and direct a toxic cloud of smoke which chokes out his victims. His domain expansion, Smokescreen, expands the area of Smoker's Lung, intoxicating everyone in its range.
