The Birds of Prey is an organization of cursed spirits with the primary goal of collecting cigarettes. They are led by Smokin' Duck, and alternatively serve as a refuge for cursed spirits stuck in the mortal plane.

Overview

The Birds of Prey are often suspected to be the instigators of numerous crimes around the country, however, their elusive nature proves them to be difficult to catch.
