Devious Lick is a recently formed cursed spirit, manifesting from the fear of being robbed.

Appearance

Devious Lick is a short, bipedal curse with long arms that hang in front of it. Above its mouth it has slight growths extending outwards. Its eyes extend outwards from its body, appearing bloody and dark. The back of its body is covered by more abnormal growths. It appears to maintain a perpetual smile on its face.

Devious Lick is seen with blood dripping out of its mouth, running down its chin. Its hands and legs are additionally coated in blood, causing it to spread blood wherever it walks.

Devious Lick is a mindless curse with little personality, only focused on its own pleasure and survival.

Devious Lick is a curse with a monstrous appetite, seeking out and eating anything in its path. It has extremely durable skin, unable to be damaged through any normal means.

Devious Lick

Troy Demasters, Diego de la Vega, and Nicole Brooks encounter the Devious Lick at Pinebrook Elementary School. Despite their efforts, its skin is impervious to their attacks. Nicole devises a strategy to implant a bookunai into one of Diego's squid constructs, luring Devious Lick to consume the bookunai and reveal its weak spot. While Diego distracts Devious Lick with his squids, Troy enters it from within and Nicole directs him towards its soul. While inside Devious Lick, Troy finds four children trapped inside. He experiences a flashback of his deceased friends and has an anxiety attack. Nicole calms Troy down and he is able to locate the soul and exorcise the curse.
