Dr. Mikhail Mrchofrey is a recurring character in the Buzzutsu Kaisen series. He is the head of the Department of Supernatural Research which studies cursed beings. He also created the Chicken Man.
Appearance
Mrchofrey is a large man, very tall and sturdily built. He has gray hair and a gray beard, and is often seen wearing a lab coat.
