Rosalina "Rose" Delmar is a side character in the Buzzutsu Kaisen series. She uses her technique to cloak the cursed energy signature of Buzzutsu Academy. Because of her important role, she is largely confined to the academy and rarely sees combat. She is the sister of Ezekiel Delmar, but they are estranged.

Rosalina is a young woman of roughly average height, with medium-length blonde hair and brown eyes.

This technique is also applied to the academy as anyone who looks at the academy will have their perception diverted to any other direction, effectively cloaking the academy from sight. if you try and walk towards it, you will move around it/away from it without ever knowing it.
