To compensate, they show Troy an animation of the academy’s main entrance: the academy is concealed behind the outward appearance of a Chillibees restaurant through a perception-altering mirage.

			Nicole argues for stopping at the cafeteria first to give Troy time to recover and potentially allow teachers to finish a meeting. In the cafeteria, Troy learns the academy is very small—roughly ten students total with a staff size comparable to the student body.
