	Rosa's technique alters your perception of direction, essentially applying a new compass rose. 			This technique is also applied to the academy as anyone who looks at the academy will have their perception diverted to any other direction, effectively cloaking the academy from sight. if you try and walk towards it, you will move around it/away from it without ever knowing it.
